Shipping policy

Orders typically take between 3-4 working days to be processed and shipped. The exception is personalised, pre-order, or bespoke pieces. Processing times for these products vary and will be discussed on placing an order.

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed as soon as possible on the following working day. At this time, we are not able to ship for guaranteed Saturday delivery. Please also keep in mind that most carriers do not deliver on holidays.

After your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know when your order has been dispatched. We ship in Ireland and the European Union, so rates & estimated delivery dates vary depending on where you are located and whether your order has been sent with standard or tracked shipping. Postage & packaging prices are based on the size of prints within your order and the type of delivery service you would like. 

If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email us at tote.this.way@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can change the address as long as the package has not not been dispatched. Unfortunately, we cannot reroute any items once they have been shipped.
